Terms and Conditions

General Return/Exchange Guidelines 
Please contact us at bebasboutique@gmail.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. 
You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer. 

Returns 

14 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only 
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase-email this to bebasboutique@gmail.com. You will be responsible for returned shipping costs. If the product is received by us within 14 days of purchase in unused and undamaged condition, we will refund your purchase. 
***Sewing Cabinets and Cutting Tables are exempt from being returned. These goods are non-returnable/refundable. 

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged in Shipping Products Only) 
30 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only 
Defective products may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase, description of defect (including photos), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect emailed to bebasboutique@gmail.com.

We will repair or exchange the product as needed. If Beba's LLC determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary. 

Damaged in Shipment 
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the product. If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at bebasboutique.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us at bebasboutique@gmail.com. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Beba's LLC will be deducted from your refund.


Furniture

​ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & WARRANTY:

At the time of pick up or delivery, inspect your merchandise for any signs of defect or damage. After inspection, customer agrees to accept merchandise “as is”. You are responsible for properly securing and tying down merchandise to your vehicle. BEBA’S ENT. associates may assist in loading merchandise but reserves the right to refuse loading merchandise which may result in injuries or property damage. BEBA’S ENT. will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles or property during the loading or transportation of your merchandise. Once picked up or delivered, if you discover damages to your merchandise, you must notify our manufacturer immediately upon taking possession of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or exchange. It will be your responsibility for shipping and handling charges to return any merchandise to the manufacturer for service after this time.

Limited One-Year Warranty protects against manufacturer's defects in the workmanship and materials of certain components in your cabinet, including: all components related to the Air-Lift System; drawer glides; hinges; handles; and casters. This warranty is limited to the original owner of the cabinet. The warranty is void if reshipped by an unauthorized shipper or delivery service. This warranty applies only to defects in the components listed above. In addition, incidental and consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranty are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In the event you discover a defective component, you need to return the defective component with a copy of this warranty and the original receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase to bebasboutique@gmail.com. We will then provide you with a replacement component. You will be responsible for all freight charges in connection with delivering the defective component to us and any labor charges that may be applicable. We will pay all freight charges in connection with delivering replacement components back to you.

Beba’s Cabinets have been designed for personal, family or household use in connection with sewing machines and related hobbies. This warranty does not cover any defect resulting from the misuse or abuse of the cabinet, normal wear and tear, or use in a commercial environment.


​Furniture Freight Charges: Estimated freight charges are calculated prior to shipment by receiving a quote from the Freight Company. When the cabinet unit arrives at the Atlanta, Georgia terminal for shipment processing, any overcharges will be refunded and any extra freight charges will be due to the customer prior to shipment release.
